STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I went to FedEx/Kinkos yesterday to send a fax and the guy helping me was super nice and charged me $1.00 to fax 2 pages long distance plus he did it for me so we would know it went through right.

I went back today to fax something else (3 pages this time) and they were totally rude to me! They would not help me at all and then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $3.00 instead of the $1.00 I paid yesterday.  I realize that I had one more page but to charge me $2.00 more for one page is riduculous plus they do not list their prices anywhere until you go to the cash register.  So I proceeded to complain about the raising of the prices on me and the guy was telling me it was my fault because they don't list their prices and I was charged one thing yesterday and another today.  When I told him I wasn't coming back he figured that giving me $1 back would change my mind and keep me as a customer.  I told him I'd take my dollar and find somewhere else that had consistent pricing!!!

Just makes me mad!
