I had mood lipstick in 5th grade. I can't believe someone out there still makes it. I think mine was wet n' wild or a similar brand.

Ditto GD - I remember this from the 80s I think. They just turned bright pink and kind of stained your lips unattractively. This looks like a different formula. The old ones were light green in the tube.

True that! And the technology reacts to body heat so it gets red when you're "hot" but isn't everyone's mouth hot?

Nars tried to do this in a chic-er, more expensive way with O gloss.

This sort of reminds me of the Dior Addict Lip Glow, which "responds to the color chemistry of your lips to create a shade that is uniquely yours." Sounds like the same thing. I have the Dior version, and it's pretty much always the same shade on me.

Oh that sounds kind of fun but how will the guy know what shade means what? It might be something fun to ask for around my birthday when I never know what to tell people to get me but I'm not sure I'd buy it myself.
