D: will be burgers that we didn't have time to make this weekend, but I will use my light bread & no mayo but i have 9 - 15 points left for the day, so I'm sure I can make it fit in that!!
E: I swear - no laughing at me for this!!!!! I did 10 whole minutes on my new elliptical machine - I swear it kicked my butt. But 10 minutes is better than nothing. Then I was reading online & it did say beginners should start slow & would probably only be able to do 5 minutes, so that made me feel better. I haven't actively exercised on purpose for 3 years - TERRIBLE I know, but I have to start somewhere!!!

Evening! I lost another pound last week!! It would have been more if I hadn't have pigged out since Thurs. I swear its all the cherries I've been eating.
B: honey bunches of oats with strawberries, 1/2 c skim milk (3 pts)
Greeting. I haven't posted under diet & exercise in awhile, but have new motivation towards both, and thought this might help...
B - Protein shake
snack - 1/2 Protein bar & crystal light
L - Caesar salad, light dressing, sunflower seeds instead of croutons. Also, black beans and brown rice with green onions and 1t low fat sour cream, water
snack - other 1/2 of Protein bar
snack - Protein shake then off to the gym, hopefully for 3 miles on the treadmill, and some weights
D - Probably veggie wing-dings with mustard, brocoli, lots of water
