Headboard Questions

So I have a full size mattress and bed frame (or at least a box spring if we decide not to use my bed frame.) But I would really like to have a head board. Can I use a Queen Size head board for a full size bed? What about a foot board? Here is what the headboard looks like that I am thinking about buying...what do you think??

i thinkg it's OK to use a wider headboard on a bed that is narrower. However, I don't remmeber the standard widths, so I suggest you measure what's the difference in inches, so that the "stick out" part will look proportionate & therefore correct in width, not like a 1 size bigger headboard. Re: attachment of 1 thing to another - sorry, wouldn't know, a good handyman can solve that. Headboard is beautiful on the pic!

The headboard is really nice and it would look fine if it's a little wider than the bed. IMO a footboard that's wider than the bed would look too obviously mismatched.

If the headboard isn't compatible with the bed frame you can probably attach it to the wall. Ditto the handyman comment.

A lot of palces seem to sell full/queen headboards so I have to imagine it would be okay. With such a statement headboard, I think the footboard would be too much. Besides, I think i'd like a cute, tufted bench instead.
