I ordered a hoodie about 3 weeks ago from VS. I clearly put the color below into my cart (same color as the sweats), but received the color below that in the mail.

I called CS not once, but twice. I wanted to see if they would credit my shipping charges to send it back b/c they sent me the wrong one.
The first CS rep I spoke to told me I had ordered the wrong color, b/c the color listed on my order form matched that of the hoodie sent. So I called back. The 2nd CS rep was slightly more helpful. I told her that I still had the email, that I remembered putting the darker pink one in my cart, and that my email confirmation matched that (it said 141- peace out pink). They have since changed it on the website so that the 141 matches up with the light pink and the dark pink (peace out pink) has a different color code. I'm pretty sure they incorrectly had the color code of the lighter pink linked on the site to the item name of the darker pink. Anyways, the CS rep told me that they didn't have any reports that the website had the listings messed up, so she also refused to credit my return shipping.

I just don't get CS like that. They want you to buy from them and happy customers spend more money. They might be out a few bucks on shipping right now by refunding your money, but would eventually gain it back from added sales. It's so short sighted.
