If you are like me and kill all your plants, then you should get yourself a rubber plant or two.  I have had two for the past five years, and only managed to kill one of them recently.  The other is pretty darn healthy and gets new leaves often, despite my torturing.

When I read this at first I thought...how can you kill a rubber plant? I'm a little slow.

That's pretty funny, girls; I didn't think of it that way, but I can definately see how it could be taken to mean a real rubber plant.  I think they may make rubber out of them, but the person who told me that could have been pulling my leg.

nice, i'll have to check those out!

also, do you like "chicks and hens"?  i don't know if you know what i am talking about but they almost look like little mini cabbages and sometimes get a pink flower.  my mother and i have purposefully tried to kill these (they multiply like rabbits in a reg. flower bed with no constraints) and we can't!  its the only plant i have never killed!

I'm not sure I know what the chicks and hens are, but I will keep my eye out for 'em.
