Favorite Ice Cream Recipes?

Does anyone else here make their own ice cream? I just started using my ice cream maker again and I am looking for some good sorbet/fro yo/ice cream recipes. Thanks!

My SIL made a great one this summer. She got it from Cooking Light.  For some reason I can't get my computer to copy or paste anything right now.  If you go to the Cooking Light site and search for ice cream it's the Strawberry- Buttermilk gelato.  Sorry I can't post it.

I make, what I like to think is, the MOST AMAZING salted caramel ice cream...I took my inspiration straight from Jeni's Ice Cream in Ohio. Soooo good! PM me if you want the recipe.

I have a cookbook from Crate and Barrel on things you can make in the ice cream maker. Is there a certain flavor you are interested in?

One of my favorites this time of year is cinnamon - which is just a good vanilla ice cream with broken-up cinnamon sticks and enough powdered cinnamon to flavor it. It works really well with any pie you're likely to eat in the fall and also goes great with chocolate cake, gingerbread, etc. It's also good on its own with caramel, butterscotch or chocolate sauce.
