I love fall - by far my favorite season!  The crisp air, clear skies and cool evenings.  And of course, fall clothes!!  What styles/trends are you most looking forward to wearing?  I am excited about...

I'm looking forward to tights...I want to experiment a little but it's just too hot to even think about it right now. And sweaters! I like summer best overall (skirts every day and I'm not cold! hooray!) but I'm getting kind of bored with my tops and will be glad to mix it up a bit!

I'm still enjoying my summer (we only get a few months of decent weather here in Chicago and have to make the most of it while we can!) But I do love Fall and fall fashion. There's something about the trees changing, school starting (even though I haven't been to school in a bizillion years) and that crisp, applely scent of Autumn.

I think I'm most looking forward to (wait for it) BOOTS!

boots, the blue ones with side buttons are delish! I'm trying not to think about fall. It just means winter is close behind, and we had terrible ice storms last year:(

On the one hand, I can't wait - jeans, sweaters, boots, fall-y clothes, but on the other, like Kincali said, that means winter is close behind. I hate winter!

I feel like it's on its way in Georgia! Tonight it was 60 degrees! That's the coldest August evening I can remember *ever* since we moved her seven years ago. And it looks like it will be that way for the rest of the week. I'm sure it won't last though.

DH and I just saw Inglorious Basterds and I pulled a lot of darker / fall-ish stuff from my wardrobe to wear. It felt good not to be in summer brights for once. I'm ready for fall! And I'm going to challenge myself to get out of the jeans - I have a ton and wear them too often - and wear some of my other fall stuff this year, like boots & tights.

Not at all here. It's hazy, hot and humid with thunderstorms every single day. No fall in site.

But I love all the items posted!! Makes me excited for California (where I was actually cold in August because there was no humidity) and being able to dress seasonlessly. I hate bulky sweaters, but I love cardigans and boots and I definitely will be able to wear those there. I dress seasonlessly here, but I either end up roasting or freezing because we have extreme weather in PA. Boohiss.

I'm looking forward to layering. I love being able to throw on different textures and colors to make a look more interesting. And also light jackets...I have so many lightweight coats that are lined up just waiting to be worn. YAY!
