Whatever you do...don't be tempted to order your Jack Rogers through Cara Mia. I think someone previously posted that there customer service wasn't great...but I figured I'd give them a shot...BIG MISTAKE. Here's my story...the customer service wasn't great throught the purchase process...no shipping confirmation was e-mailed to me...mailed via Post Office from CA to MA, with no tracking. After I finally received my Jack Rogers, I realized I didn't love the color I picked IRL. At first I was going to exchange them for another color, but when my e-mail about how to process an exchange went unanswered I just decided to return them outright. I returned them following the directions from the web site. That was a month ago...I just realized today that haven't seen the credit on my CC. I called the 800 line and the mailbox was full and I can't leave a message. I then tried the corporate number which says it's been disconnected. So then I tried the to store numbers...I was told at both stores that they had no connection to the website. I asked if they had an alternate number to call...the answer was still no. I pushed...telling them they must have a company directory with names and direct numbers but they still claimed not to have anything. I just sent one final e-mail threatening legal action if I didn't get some type of response by Monday morning. They will regret the day that they pissed me off.
