OMGosh!!!! She really kills you on this one! I've only done it 2 times....
I so need the motivation girls! remember I was doing Shred often and lost weight? Well since finishing it, I've had no motivation to do Shred again and lost motivation on eating so healthy.
Unfortunately I've got lose and probably gained about 5lbs! Shame on me!
I'm going to Vegas at the end of this month so I thought I'd buy another one of her dvd's and hopefully this will motivate me to keep working out again and to start eating less and healthier.
I'm still doing all her videos - If I'm running short on time, I'll do a Shred routine. Otherwise I try to do the Cardioblast twice a week and the No More Trouble Zones once a week. I don't think I'm losing alot of weight, but I can definitely tell my body composition is changing and I have a ton more endurance!
I rarely make it through the whole vids to be honest . Obviously I still have some work to do! I end up having to rest during the second half of the last couple circuits in the cardio one, and I take specific exercises off in the trouble zones one that hurt my back. Still, it adds up to 2 and 1/2 hours of exercise a week and I usually go on a few walks too, so I'm feeling pretty good about my ability to keep it up in the future.
Keep it up Tati! We're going on a cruise in February so that's what I'm working toward - we can share in our vacation motivation!

so this one is harder than the shred? kudos to you for being able to stick to it. I will eventually... one of these days... when my new workout room is done I will :)

Much harder. Much much harder! In fact I'm usually sore for 2 straight days after doing it, and I never get sore from the shred workouts anymore. The trouble zones one is alot of weights and resistance work, but it's also very aerobic because you're obviously moving around the whole time. There are a few moves that I looooove in this workout, namely the dead lifts, surrenders, and squirms. I do occasionally have to either take a rest or replace some of her exercises with others that are similar because I find some stuff awkward/painful, but all in all it's nice and challenging and I imagine it will continue to be so for a long time!

OMG, So you ladies have had success w/ the 30 day shred? I "watched" the DVD and man I was thinking........these will be the longest 20 mins of my life. I also bought Banish Fat, Boost Metablism.
I have the shred, and am on level 2, but I do it every other day because I don't want to lift weights every day, and it was making my knees hurt a bit. But, I want to do more cardio. Which video would you recommend, no more trouble zones or banish fat/boost metabolism?
For cardio I'd do the Boost Metabolism - it's cardio heavy with a few resistance moves worked in for recovery and such, but you lift no weights at all. I can't do the No More Trouble Zones 2 days in a row because of all the lifting and soreness it creates, so I alternate it with the Boost Metabolism video - I think they complement each other well.

I love the no more trouble zones workout but it is absolutely BRUTAL. The plank series always gets me, especially after all of the ab work. I think the workout goes by pretty fast though.
Whoa- I just got this video and it looks a bit scary. Have been doing the Shred but this is an hour for the whole workout it seems. I also read that it is designed for use everyday and it looks quite intense with the weights to do it every day. Does anyone use it like that or mainly just alternating in with other workouts?
I don't think it's a good idea to do the same toning workout everyday in general, especially when it's so intense! I've been doing it for months and still get sore!
When I was first starting out on the NMTZ video, I'd do just the first 3 or so circuits - you get an upper body one, a lower body one, and one for abs in that. I'd start there instead of trying to do the entire video, unless you're really in shape already!
