Hangers and closet stuff
Permalink Closed

With any luck I am going to have my new closet in by Monday. It is a regular, non impressive sized closet, but I am getting a nice wood organizer, and am contemplating having an electrician install some lighting in there. So, I need some closet solutions...

Does anyone have some favorite closet solutions or hangers, etc.?

I want to get some new hangers for my suits so they all match. And I've bought some those locked hangers to keep the bulk of my clothing on. I may even try to find some nice padded ones for some thin cardigans and such. Does anyone have any advice/products/etc to lend?

TIA

do you have a membership to costco? they have boxes of 50 flocked hangers for $15. I have done my whole closet in them (I think I bought something like 400+? hangers... eek!) they have made a huge difference in the look and space in my closet. I was able to buy the clips for skirts to attach to the hangers from Target. highly, highly recommend.

I do have a memberhsip to Costco, and, in fact, I bought a second box of those hangers last night. I told DH I was going to need a few more boxes and he got a little cross-eyed so I may have to go back to get more when he's not around. I did just donate 3 garbage bags filled with clothing, so maybe I won't need as many as I think I will!

I'll check out Target for the clips. I saw some on The Container Store, but I'd rather just get them at a Brick and Mortar store so I'm not always paying for shipping everytime I want some more.
