I dont know if you ladies remember me drooling over this baby-

-!FrancisFrancis%20X1%20Trio%20Yellow%20Espresso%20Machine%20Free%20Shipping--41987408.jpg
But I have literally been stalking it at T.J.Maxx for weeks now. When it first got there it was marked $499, then it was $360, then $275 (when I almost bought it!) then $190...and then I was finally convinced when it dropped down to $135 this week. I couldn't resist. After I spent all night trying to figure out how to make a cup (not joking, there are 25 steps) I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and process. I am so happy! My only question is do you recommend any specific types or brands of espresso? It came with a pack of Illy ones but I am about out of them...what do you use?

WOW, what a deal! You win the prize.

Do you have to use pods or can you use beans and grind them yourself? If you have an Italian deli nearby I'd see what beans they have. I used to buy regular beans by Pasquini in a silver bag with brown label, and decaf called Pera in a green and gold bag. (I just used the stovetop style).

What a beautiful piece! HOw does your kitchen look? Is that the only yellow punch of color there? Very cool!
Lately I've been thinking of getting a cappuccino machine...I just can't find the budget...ENJOY IT!

That's an INCREDIBLE deal! Nice going! I've always drooled over the Francis!Francis! espresso machines.

Do you have to use pods or do you grind the beans?
