Just had to mention that this product has helped my 13 year old SO MUCH! he's an athlete (sp?) and used to break out on his chin and around his nose. Within one week of using this product only once, at night, he is completely cleared up!

My little brother has bad acne and is resistant to using any of the products my mom and I suggest or buy for him. I think my brother thinks it's "girly" to use any face products.

Was your son resistant at all, or was he eager to try? If you had to convince him I would love to hear how you did it!

He was SO eager to try Pro Active. I think because he saw Puffy, P diddy, sean combs, whatever his name is, advertise it. You see a lot of celebrities advertise it. I wanted to buy him the DDF stuff from Sephora (which is more expensive) and he said no, wanted Pro Active.
I bought Pro Active from the mall, from one of those little carts in the middle of the mall.
How old is he? I would think he would want to try anything to get rid of them?

I recently saw the 3 products packaged together at Costco. Idon't recall how much it was, but I did feel like it was cheaper than the mall carts or mailorder. I like the face wash for the week before my period.

He just turned 18! We've been having this "battle" since he was 12 or 13. In the beginning, we all kind of just thought, "well, he's being dumb but he'll grow out of it" but now I'm thinking that he won't. I had bad acne even into college until I went on birth control, so maybe it just runs in the family.

You would think he would want to get rid of it...it totally boggles my mind that he not only doesn't care that he has acne, but doesn't even see that it would be easier just to use the facewash than to keep getting nagged by the rest of our family to do it!
