i had such high hopes for these cuties after the big long post with all the patterns and styles and everyone picking their favorites etc.
i ordered the pucci-esque pair in a size 7 (i am normally a 7.5). first of all they feel more like a size 8 and the actual boot part (don't have the tecnical term here... the shaft?) is so big i could fit both of my calves inside. now how am i suppose to roll my jeans up all cute when i don't think my jeans will actually even FIT over these wide ass boots? grrrrr. no cute fashion statement for me in these boots... just practical puddle jumping.
after all this grumbling i have decided to keep them. they were only, what? $15 + shipping. i'd have to pay to ship them back which would probably end up being about $15 total in shipping. just not worth the trouble in my opinion. good thing it's suppose to rain for the next 24 hours not to mention snow... i think i'll go jump in some puddles... except they will probably fall off my feet.
i thought about ebay but it may not worth the trouble just to get a few bucks for them.
i can't return them to the b&m store or i would do it this afternoon. target makes you go online to find out IF you can return them to the store. i guess because this was an online-only item i have to return them via mail.
i might wear them tomorrow anyway. i have a birthday party (for a 2 year old) to attend and it's suppose to be NASTY out... rain and *gasp* snow. i think they'd be the perfect shoe for this event.
mine turned out great. i ordered a 6 and wear a 6 and they fit fine... the shaft is a little large, but my jeans still roll up cute over them. although most of my jeans are bootcut and not slim cut...
i wore them yesterday in the rain and it is supposed to be "snowing" here tomorrow too (whatever i dont believe it)...
I have the same problem. I ordered the boots and they are huge. I cant even wear them, I ordered the black with pink polka dots. It just isn't worth it to return them.
