breakfast: Kashi crunch - Crystal, you've totally gotten me addicted! (Funny side note: The other night, I had a guy over and I couldn't sleep - made him get up and get me a bowl of it at like 3 a.m. Hee hee. I am a mean girly girl when I'm tired)
snack: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
lunch: tuna sandwich and potato soup, ff pudding
dinner: not sure - something small

L: here's where the trouble begins - pork vermicelli bowl from local vietnamese restaurant (man was it good!) + 2 shrimp spring rolls
D: this is where the trouble is going to continue - mexican food *sigh*
Late night: much drinking
E: much dancing - i hope to burn off at least a little of today's excesses.. (oh and debating going for run when I get home before I go out but I have a strict rule about fridays only being good days...)
Update: Okay, I'm definitely not going running. I'm going shopping instead so I can get something new to wear to the above-mentioned dancing. Yay!
I was not good yesterday. Or today. I am preparing myself for at least a 2 lb. gain this week so I won't be disappointed when I get on the scale on Sunday morning . . .
Yesterday, I had a HUGE cookie! In my own defense, it was oatmeal raisin
B: English muffin w/ cottage cheese, homemade fruit & yogurt parfait, coffee
S: Apple
L: Cheese rollup and leftover mac & cheese (last nights dinner) , diet soda
D: I am going to eat those gosh darn roasted potatoes today if it's the last freakin' thing I do!
E: Still sore from Wednesday's pilates session, and it's Friday, so probably nothing
