I have a pillow from IKEA that I like. At IKEA you can buy pillows depending on how you sleep - on your side, on your back, on your stomach, etc. I sleep on my back and my side depending on what I feel like, so I actually bought one that can be used for both. There's like a dip where your head goes, then your neck rests on the high part of the pillow. The sides are different heights, so you turn it around based on how you're sleeping.



It's a little hard to explain and I don't know if that picture helps, but I do think it the pillow helps keep everything lined up correctly. Took a while to get used to it, though!
