How's everyone doing today?  I did day 6 of level 2 yesterday, and have time to workout again today so this will be day 7 for me.

I've been modifying the things that were tweaking my back/neck, and I think it's been helping.  The first set of squatting row things, I put my hand and knee up on a bench and row with my outside arm only, switching arms the next time you do the exercise.  I seem to be okay with the rowing they do in  the big static lunge, but had to modify the V-fly one - I just don't use my weights for it, and aim to bring my arms up to my shoulder level only.  I haven't felt any neck/back stiffness following my workouts since I made those switches.  Rosie, maybe they'd work for you, too?

I restarted the Shred. I was doing well and then got off track quickly. I completed Day 1 of Week 1 last night. I did fairly well until the side lunges with the arm lifts. i can almost get through one set with 3 pound weights and then I have to drop them. I am looking forward to the day where I don't have to drop them to finish the exercise.
