I love the Burt's Bee's Coconut foot cream. It's think and ointment like and you were it to bed with socks.
And, I highly recommend Tweezerman's callus stone. I've had mine a few years and it's like new. It comes in Pink also... Sephora has them, but I bought mine at Bed Bath and Beyond.
I think if you have a nail file, a good pumice stone and some decent lotion you're good to go. All pumice stones are not created equal! I had one that I got at a drug store last summer and it was so smooth that it did nothing, so make sure you get one that's nice and rough. I find that it works best to take a pass with the stone nearly every shower for maintenance - then you don't ever have to do any overhaul scrubbing.
If they already need some serious help, I'd slather them with vaseline and wear cotton socks while you sleep for the next few nights, and then scrub with the pumice in the shower in the mornings. A few days of that should get them fixed up pretty quick!

I have a Diamancel tough buffer and it works so well. It's pretty disgusting when you use it though because dead skin goes everywhere, so I'd recommend using it over the bathtub.
I also like this foot lotion (that feels more like Vaseline) called Kerasal. If you go to their website you can get samples and a $1 coupon (www.kerasal.com)
