Here is my ticketmaster ordeal. It has since been resolved but still so annoying....


My dad is a huge Parrothead he never misses Jimmy Buffett So I thought I would help him out and try to get him tickets. Being in NY area I was able to get on to the server with no problems and got 4 tickets for Nissan Pavillion in Virgiania. I get my confirmation email, the tickets are for the concert in HAWAII. There was no way I clicked purchased if the tickets said Hawaii.


I ended up arguing that their system was at fault and they actually gave me a refund which is so unheard of but it took a lot of arguing and angry emails.

I am glad you were able to get a refund, but were you still able to get tickets to the one at Nissan Pavillion because I live right around the corner from that one and I know that one sells pretty well
