I'm trying to get back on the bandwagon and increase my exercise today after a stressful weekend and beginning of the week!
B: small bagel with spray butter and skim milk (4 pts)
L: Soy chick sandwich on whole wheat bread with cheese and ketchup, banana (I have nothing else in the house!) (7ish??)
D: unsure. probably the left over pork chop or ham steak from last week (pork chop is 5 pts the ham is 3 or 4) plus some snacks at my mom's pokeno group's meeting.
E: I'm going to the gym and doing 40 mins of cardio (the only time I can spare) to walk and jog!
Continuing on with the weight loss! I am not allowed to weigh myself more than once a week though, so I won't actually be able to tell what I've lost until Saturday. It's enough to notice visibly now, yay!
B: Oatmeal, coffee, banana
S: Apple
L: Soup, cheese stick, carrots, green tea
S: 2 pieces dark chocolate
D: Fajitas, diet soda
E: Stretching/resistance whilst I cook!

B-cereal with skim milk S-fruit snacks L-wheat pita pcoket with cheese and tomato, tomato slices, yogurt with granola S-uh oh a couple of cookies D-don't know yet....
E-ran 1.3 miles this morning woohoo...and did a 20 min workout total
L: chicken caesar salad from Jason's Deli with fat-free italian dressing
S: none - going to an early dinner
D: hmm... not sure. going to a local mexican restaurant, so I'll probably be tempted to have a margarita. I'll try to keep the dinner to a couple fajitas though without cheese or sour cream. I'll try to just stick with the one margarita...
E: none - going shopping after the dinner so I guess walking a bit but that won't really help. I'll have to make up for it this weekend with some extra running.
d: got home late from gym, so i just had a no-sugar chocolate pudding cup and a little bit of fresh mango. it was not enough calories, because i woke up with my stomach burning at like 5am. oops.
e: running--hopefully 3 miles or so tonight. i'm working my way back up in terms of distance--i did 2.5 miles on monday night and my back hurt a little. did strength training last night while i watched tv also.

that sounds really good! How did it come out? Mind posting the recipe? I've been looking for fun ways to spice up salads, and I never thought of using mango!
