I got her this card...


Inside it says, "being a mother has been the best experience of my life. that reminds me...i'm out of prozac."

And I'll get her some flowers. My mom wouldn't like anything I bought for her, so no reason to get creative.

I have not yet decided what I am doing for my mom. I think I may take her car to get detailed- clean the leather, polish the wood, clean the hubcabs and whatever else they do.

For my boyfriend (I have to think of a present or his mother would not get anything from her SIX kids) I think the bf and his siblings are going to buy a bunch of annuals and pots to put around their pool. It is so boring and I think it would be pretty if they spiced it up a little.

Probaby a card and one of those crystals with a design on them that sit on a spinning pedestal.

My other two "moms" will get flowers (one is my soon to be step mother and the other is my life mentor that is a close friend of mine).

gift cards because I have the cutest cards from a Papyrus store that went under -- all cards were 4 for $1 and I spent $20.
all the mothers day cards were gift card holders.
Maybe a potted tulip or flower.
