I had to start this today to say I LOST 3 LBS LAST WEEK !!! Actually with very little exercise, but my eating habits change pretty drastically when FH isn't around to distract me! Yay me!

I should be back on track this week. It's been hard casue FH has been slacking, but he broke the scale yesterday () so he is going to be behaving himself for a while.
