b: kashi puffed grains cereal w/ strawberries & vanilla soy milk

l: probably salad


s: yogurt


d: whole wheat pasta, sauce, steamed carrots


w: hour yoga video (no walking, it rained this AM so i slept in)

D: BBQ Ribs (going to Pearson's w/ friends)... 


Workout: 1 hr kickboxing class.  Cal: 450

B: w/w bread with whipped peanut butter - yum!


L: lean cuisine shrimp & angel hair pasta (240 cals) & red. fat string cheese


S: boiled egg


D: hmmm... not sure yet. may go get some pho with a friend and 2 spring rolls - i can't resist spring rolls!


E: going for a run today - finally over my cold (only gross, obnoxious coughing left) so I think I'm going to brave the wind and give my lungs the workout they need. (along with my ass, thighs, calves, etc.)
