so i'll be there at the end of feb.  i've been there several times and *sort of* know my way around.  we stay in times square because we go to lots of shows...  but i want to do some shopping.  like, alot of shopping.  i've been behaving myself lately, and i'm going to go on a spree when i get there.  i think i'm going to get my black LV alma that i've been wanting for a few years, and i'd love to go to some great boutiques that aren't way out of the way for me...

i don't want the forever 21 or the H&M's.  i'm looking for designer stuff and it would be great if it were on sale !!

i've never made my way into bendels...  so that's on the list.

but what else?

I'd recommend hitting up the "Meatpacking" district - tons of designer shops that are hip, Catherine Malendrino, Diane Von Furstenberg, Scoop.. also Barney's Co-Op is in Chelsea.

If you're a fan of vintage Gucci and LV there's a consignment shop in Chelsea as well (don't remember the name, its 18th St between 6th and 7th Ave).

Also an idea.. not sure of how you're spending your time, but maybe you'd want to hit up a sample sale "for fun" - Daily Candy regularly posts scheduled sales, and many other websites give a heads up in advance.
