It was soo good! There are a few ways to make it- the easiest is to just chop up a pear and put it into a pouch made out of tinfoil with a pat of butter (or butter substitute) and some cinnamon. Then bake it at 350 for about 7-10 minutes. It gets all soft- almost like a pie filling.
B: coffee
L: ham on wheat (I am getting so tired of ham- thankfully it looks like there is only enought left for one more day), honey wheat pretzels
S: light and fit yogurt
D:I don't know yet. If I'm in the mood to cook I'll probably make some sort of chicken stir fry (I'm trying to be better about eating more fruits/veggies), If not I'll probably have a salad and a baked potato.
morning ladies, so yesterday i was just awful! i don't even want to think about how much chocolate i ate & then i had 2 poptarts for dinner!! ugh, i'm so disgusted, but then i realized it's that time of the month & decided to forgive myself. and actually i weighed myself last night & found out i'm under 120 for the first time in well over a year!! i was so shocked, so that kinda motivated me to stick w/ this whole healthy thing.
s: plum
b: 1/2 cup kashi go lean crunch (a whole cup is just too much sometimes) w/ silk
s: i think i'm going to skip this snack, usually i'm not hungry between breakfast & lunch & end up eating a snack less than an hour b4 lunch when i finally remember & then it's like, what's the point?
l: 1/2 grilled salmon & steamed broccoli from cheesecake factory that i didn't eat yesterday (ok, so i had pizza, but remember, TOM!!)
s: yoplait 99% FF yogurt
d: turkey sandwich from school (ugh, i'm so made, usually i make my own, but totally forgot i had class tonight... i'm such a ditz!!)
w: AM hour walk/run 4 miles (did mostly walking), PM nothing cuz of class
oh my, i have been so bad for like 4 days. i probably completely un-did all the good work from the past few weeks. does anyone else have the problem of doing so well all week, and then the weekend comes and you hang out with your friends, and you get tempted to eat things like pizza and drink beer and (gasp!) regular full-sugar coca-cola? ack!! anyway, back on wagon today. here is what i have had so far:
b: large coffee w/half & half, kashi puffed-rice cereal with skim milk, atkins granola bar
e: phys. therapy exercises this a.m., no time to work out tonight because i have a study session at my house.

oh no!!! that's awful... i had no idea the stuff is hard to find. hopefully you found some stores on the website that ILoveChoo suggested. laughing cow is so yummy!
It is insanely hard to find that stuff in some areas of the country. They did a whole news article not too long ago about how it is selling out faster than it can be made. I looked at the places it says sells it and I've never seen it at any. Either those places don't sell it or it sells out that fast!
