I have had it with them!  Last time I ordered something as an exchange (I have store credit for a return in October, so I couldn't get my money back, so I ordered a sweater, didn't like it, returned it but still had $25 store credit- figured I'd exchange for a t-shirt so i wouldn't have to pay shipping for the third time), they were sold out of the tshirt a week or two later and my order was canceled.  So I still have $25 store credit, and free return shipping as far as I'm concerned.  I paid shipping on an item in august, returned it for store credit since it was after 14 days.  So I ordered something a few months later (the sweater), and had to pay shipping again on the item.  Returned that item, and wanted to exchange it with something to get the store credit out of the way.  That was sold out.   They tell me two weeks later.  Couldn't find anything else I wanted.  Wrote an email saying that next time I ordered something, I wanted it to be treated as an exchange.  No response.  I finally see something I like, but I have to explain my long story.  The girl doesn't understand.  She pulls up my old invoice, it says that I wasn't charged shipping from my last order that I tried to exchange.  I pull out my invoice from my file, I see that I was, and i know that i was, because I asked for it to be treated as an exchange and they said they had to charge me shipping.  So now I've paid shipping 4 ways ($11 from them twice, and $6 twice to return- $34 and I don't have a single item) and I wanted to make an exchange last time, but they didnt have my item.  They finally agree to give me free shipping.  This takes an hour.  Then she says there's only one item left, but if there is any other open orders, they will get the shirt first.  She checks.  Two open orders.  She says I probably won't get the shirt.  I say fine, I'll do this all over again another day, but keep the order open.  I get a message from UPS saying something was shipped.  I think, YAY, they DID have the shirt, things are looking up.  It doesn't come on time.  I check the tracking information.  It said the address was wrong.  I look at it.  It is the street address of my billing address, and the apt. # and city of my shipping address.  I know specifically that I spelled out the correct shipping street because it's spelled kind of weird.  I am SOOO annoyed.  It's going to my parents home (i think- ups said they fixed the address) but I really wanted to see it asap so I could return it before my vacation on Sunday or pick up something else in its place.  Now I won't see it until Saturday.  Ughhhh, plus I am just sick of their exorbinantly high shipping and getting things that don't look as nice in person.  Wow, that was a long and confusing rant, but I doubt I'll order from them again unless I absolutely have to have something.

i just got off the phone with them, and i wouldn't describe the cs rep as bright. hopefully they won't totally screw up my order. though i have this gut feeling that i'm just never going to get the stupid tee shirt i want.

ok , this has a happy ending so far (as long as I'm not overcharged on my card.)  I got the dress for $126 and I love it!  I will post pics at some point in Stylethread.  It's very "Mrs. Brady goes to Hawaii" because it fits kind of like short shift dress.

v. cute dress. i too have to retract what i said about girlshop. i got my shirt today (earlier than expected b/c i thought it was backorder until 4/8) and it fits. and it's so cute. i'm very, very excited now.
