I am kinda disappointed with myself...I had a hard day at work and I ended up crying...so I don't know if any of you relate to this but when I cry I am so exhausted afterward. I had every intention of working out today but I was so tired I ended up skipping it. I'm debating if I should try to do one of my pilates tapes.
