s: banana, so sick of these!


b: wheat bagel (not what i expected, tastes kinda weird) w/ LF cream cheese


s: yoplait 99% FF yogurt


l: pasta salad & regular salad


s: handful carrots, possibly strawberries w/ splenda too


d: going out w/ a friend, but will try to keep it healthy


w: AM hour walk, PM hopefully hour yoga, may be cut short due to dinner

today is not going well, but I'll post anyway.


B: coffee


L: 1/2 chicken mozzarella sandwich and a med. veggie soup from ABP


S: choc. covered espresso beans that I can't stop eating.


D: no idea.

W-1 hour circuit training with my trainer.  It was HARD!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, Can I join this? Maybe it will influence me to be a bit better.

I am reluctantly writing my day, because it was bad!

Brkfst: Tea w/ Honey and sweettarts (this is embarassing)

Snk: Carrots

Lnch: Rigatoni with peppers, onions, and 2 slices of sausage (literally) in a pomodoro sauce (I had a business lunch)

Snk: Organic Hain Rice Cake (I recommend these highly, they use real apple juice for the apple cinnamon flavoring. So good!)

Dnr: Probably chicken or a vegitarian black bean burrito with salsa on a wheat tortilla

Snk: Jello or fruit cocktail in grape juice (instead of syrup)

Oh yeah and 1.5 hrs at the gym. 45 min cardio the rest lifting and stretching.
