Afternoon girls. I still feel like crap and just realized I locked my keys in my car today. Not my day. I have got to get better today since I have an interview starting tomorrow night!
B: large bagel & powerade
S: grapes & fanta orange
L: sandwich & strawberries maybe
D: chicken noodle soup, saltines, lots of powerade.
I did not work out yesterday. I barely left my chair the whole night - I was that tired. I'm tempted to do it again today! Need motivation to get up off my ass when I get home. What works for you girls when you just aren't feeling it?
B: 2 r/f string cheese
L: 2 taco bell tostadas - fresco style (no cheese basically)
S: nada - left everything at home this morning
D: don't know yet. probably a burrito (as always) with r/f tortilla, r/f cheese, & f/f refried beans + a few cups of grapes
E: need to go for a run. sigh. all i really want to do is go to bed at 7 and not move until 7 tomorrow morning.

I totally get like this, lately tho i've been doing my hour walk in the AM before work (i am soooo not a morning person, but it's actually become routine) and then i do an hour of yoga when i get home from work. if i'm really tired and not into it, i'll allow myself to watch a bit of tv, but i treat the exercise as if it's something i HAVE to do (like shower, eat, iron clothes, etc.) so the more i put it off the later i'm going to finish & less time i'll have for other things. i find when i think about working out as being as vital as eating, sleeping, working, etc. i don't have a problem getting it done. also, if i must miss a day or two it's easy to get back into it (like if u miss a day of work).
