lately i have been feeling starving in between my mid-day snack and going to the gym or between the gym and dinner and i was getting sick of my usual choices (small handful of almonds or walnuts) so i stumbled upon the new(ish) snack mixes from BALANCE - yum! i really love the toffee crunch kind. they have 200 calories and 14 g protein. so i just wanted to recommend these for people who might be looking for something similar.
