I am disgusted that Nikko didn't make it. He has an amazing talent. I guess I am now rooting for Anwar and Bo for the guys and Carrie and Nadia for the girls.

i think if nikko had just ditched the glasses he would have made it. glasses PLUS goofy hat PLUS bad facial hair PLUS creepy reverend suit = no one will vote for you no matter how well you can hold that note. anwar is too nice. simon is right. i really expect to see him singing in a little meadow surrounded by puppies and laughing as a butterfly lands on his shoulder. i think i'm rooting for bo, and mario if he shaves his head or starts wearing a do rag. i don't like any of the girls.

no big suprise to me about janay and amanda... they both sucked. i figured it was between amanda & lindsey & when lindsey got into the top 12 right away i knew which girls were going home. as for the guys, however, i really don't like bo & was hoping he would go home but i know everyone else likes him so i didn't hold my breath. also, ryan's whole "which rocker will get thru" didn't fool me for a minute, i knew they both made it. when it was down to anwar, nikko, scott & the other guy i'm blanking on... i was like, "oh easy, it's so obvious anwar & nikko will go to top 12, no contest" and boy was i wrong! i can't believe scott got in over nikko, i thought he should have gone home for sure! ugh, i was so disgusted, but i didn't vote so i guess it's partially my fault...

I'm so sad that Nikko didn't make it! He was one of my favorite guys. I can't believe that Constantine and Scott made it and he didn't. I think Constantine is horrid and Scott isn't bad but I don't think he's anything special.

i loved nikko too. but are they not having a wild card night? i haven't watched EVERY episode.. so maybe i missed something?

So, I guess it was Wednesday night last night, not Thursday!! I am on vacation so I have no idea what day it is! I too was surprised Scott made it through. Really thought Constantine's time was up. I like the girl (drawing a blank on the name) that Simon compared to a young Tina Turner. Is it good for a career to win AI? What happened to Fantasia? And we all know about Clay Aiken's diva like behaviour when he visited that school.

Well, I am upset that Travis Tucker didn't make it to the top 12. I know, I know he wasnt' the best but I had to vote for him because he is from Manassas, VA where I live

It was kinda neat seeing all the restraunts here hold events on Monday and Wenesday.

just heard on the radio that mario vasquez has dropped out of AI, which puts Nikko back in the running...

interesting. i liked MV, not the best, but he had personality.

hey smash, i just heard this too, straight from ryan's mouth (on his morning radio show). he's very tight lipped about it but a local tv news reporter who's friends w/ ryan called in & was speculating that maybe mario wouldn't sign a contract of some sort (either that or the AI producers found out something gnarly in mario's past - u should see what twop is hypothesizing). ryan said he was going over to meet w/ the AI ppl right after his show to discuss how to handle the media & how to address it on the show. i tend to think it's the contract thing... my coworker thinks maybe he got a recording offer too!
