I am getting a kitten and I am not sure if it will be a boy or a girl. I have a few names picked out. The front runner for a girl is Vaughn. I think that is a really cool name. I have a couple "girl names" picked out, but I think Vaughn is my fave.
Do you think it will be too cutesy if I name both of my girl cat's "boy names"? I already have one cat named Elliott. I do realize this is just a cat, but I just don't want it to look I am trying hard to be different. I have a boy name and then both of my cat's have boy names.
I know I am probably thinking about this WAY too much, but what am I suppose to do while I am in classs? I have to think about something. What do you girls think? Thanks!

you should be studying for my econ test tomorrow so you can take it for me Actually I think the name you have picked out is fine. I don't think people think that hard about other people's pets' names.
My cats are teddy (male) and tiger (female) (animal names I guess...)
Use the name you love. The cat won't care one way or the other...and people won't know whether it's a male or female....sooooo go with Vaughn. I'm not even sure Vaughn is necessarily a boy's name anyway. It's more like a surname that has evolved into a first name.

I took econ last semster and got an A, but I don't think I will be able to make it Lousiana in enough time.
Yeah, I am thinking way too much about this. When I told my boyfriend he said "What are going w/ a theme here?" and then my sister in law said "and if you get a boy cat maybe you can name him Britany." They just started me thinking about it and then I was so bored in class I started obessing. If only accounting was more interesting maybe I would have paid attention and been concentrating on the right thing. Thanks everyone.

Holy crap...my cat in London (who now lives with a friend) was named Eliot (named by me) *and* she's female. That's a coincidence, I never would have thought there were any other female cats named Eliot!
I really like Vaughn, btw.

Wow, that is really weird. I will have to tell her that so she doesn't feel like so different. She was actullay named after my cousin who was a girl named Elliott.
I really like Vaughn too. I think that is what I am going to go w/. Thanks.
