Who is your cell phone provider and what do you think of them?
I currently have Verizon Wireless. I don't love them, but I don't hate them. I always seem to have something wrong w/ either my phone or something that needed to be changed on my bill. They are always helpfuld and fix the problem, but I get tired of being on the phone every month w/ them or always having to go to the store.
I also live in farm land and there are certain places I drive that I don't have reception. It is not the end of the world, but it just kind of annoying that I am paying for service and I am not always getting it.

I have cingular and I haven't had any real problems with them. I hate the phone I have but my dad bought it so I can't really complain. My boyfriend has tmobile and he likes them. He doesn't get reception problems with them.
I have Cingular, although I used to technically have AT&T before it became Cingular...
Anyways, I have no problems with them at all. I know that I'm paying an exorbinant amount of money every month for my bill, for what I have, but I was aware of that when I signed up, plus I'm not sure if other providers would be able to give me what I want (free roaming). I don't really like any of the other carriers here either; I've heard a lot of bad things about them, but never heard much about AT&T, so that's why I signed up with them in the first place. Customer service has always been helpful when I've needed to call.
Actually, the only problem I have is with my actual phone, but it's actually the phone and not the service. I have pretty much no reception in any building, but have full reception when I'm outside. This makes me think it's the phone itself, so I'll be getting a new phone at the end of the summer.

I talked to Verizon about this and they said if it is a cement building then you are probably going to have problems w/ any phone. At school I could not get reception in my dorm. I switced phones a few times and nothing ended up changing. I just had to sit next to a window to talk on my phone.

Oh, I have to shove myself into my bedroom window (leaning over a desk that's there) in order to talk to anyone in my apartment, without cutting them off. I still only get 1, maybe 2 if I'm lucky, bars of reception doing this. I'd run outside, but it's still winter here, so a little chilly .
I know that with my other phones I've had, I never had this bad of a problem with it. I mean, I literally cannot answer my phone in my building, or at work unless I run to the window or go outside. It's getting ridiculous and annoying. That's why I keep thinking it's the phone...
I know that I'll have less reception in buildings, but yeah, not this bad since other phones weren't like this...
