go see this movie!! it is so amazing- definitely the best movie i saw this year. to me, the ending was more sad than disturbing. there were definitely a few disturbing moments (once i had to look away), but overall it was just sad. if you're like me and you tend to cry during movies, bring tissues!! i wish someone had warned me because i cried and cried and by the time i left the theater, there were tears running down my face and the front of my shirt was wet with tears. this movie just really got me.

Why does Hiliary Swank always get nominated/awarded for roles where she "acts" like a boy or takes on a typical male profession. I don't know, this is my rant on how dramas like these always get all the attention, I think its much harder to be funny than it is to make someone cry.

I saw it, I wouldn't say i loved the movie, but i thought it was ok. the ending is sad very very sad, almost to the point of disturbing.

Saw it last night. i loved the movie. It was motivating yet sad at the end. I was in tears when I left the movie. I hope it wins best picture at the Oscars.
