I read in Us Weekly that this show is based on someone real. They didn't go into much details, so I'm wondering if the events they show are real events or not.
And also, the husbands co worker/friend, did he end up dying? I'm confused cause they show him in the hospital like if they caught it in time but at the end of the show they kind of talk like if he died.
I read about this person in People a few weeks ago. I'll try to dig it up, but I'm pretty sure I threw the issue away. I know it was within the last month if that helps. She lives here in Phoenix, is why I remember. Here's an article from our newspaper if just found.
Forgot her name, but the real medium was interviewed on The Abrams Report recently. She is pretty. She's also kind of defensive! She kept spinning around the basic question asked of her, "how often are you found to be correct?" (meaning legally, in court). She basically seemed to answer that she was always right but sometimes legalalities got in the way of actually finding the proof. Baloney. If so, somebody needs to give her a random sample of already proven murder cases and see if the dead give her the correct details.

i don't think the office friend died--i don't watch this show very often, but i did catch the tail end of that episode and the husband was visiting him in the hospital and he said that he had had a triple bypass, but he was going to be fine.
does anyone else think that guy who plays the husband is inexplicably hot? there's something kind of smirky and appealing about him. i loved him on that hbo show he was on also, wherein he played the super-cad friend. "mind of the married man," that's it.
He did end up dying - but not from the initial heart attack. The husband telling him what was going to happen prompted him to call 911 at the first sign of pain, but he ended up dying anyway. It was a little confusing, but i tivoed it & watched the end twice!

OMG - YES!! He's very watchable, yet I can't quite put my finger on why. I never saw him before this show, but I think he's one of the best added bonuses of watching it. And he's so...nice...but not in a "nice is dull" way.
