I was soooo bad this weekend and now I feel all fat and nasty so I really have to be good this week to make up for it.

L: Lean cuisine orange beef- nasty, but it was all that I had quick this morning
D: probably leftover pasta with red sauce and shrimp. Unless my uncle who is town this week wants go out (he told me he would call one night) in which case I'll prob. get a salad with grilled chicken or something.

no way, i think most of us probably splurged over the weekend... i know i did w/ my box of see's chocolates. but other than some ppl going out to dinner, the rest of the day we should be okay.

In an extremely bad-for-you way - We dredge it in a bit of wheat flour & spices (parsley, salt, pepper) and saute it in a bit of butter and lime juice. It's soooo good with lime! Then we squeeze some leftover lime juice on it when it's done. We tried dredging it in parmesan and baking it last week - it was okay but not great.

breakfast: slice of toast with brummel and brown spread and some strawberry jam with half a banana (I was lazy)
snack: two cookies
Lunch: apple and sandwhich on whole wheat with chicken and a slice of cheese with light ranch
snack: lime and chile Fritos!!!
ANOTHER snack because a friend in class made valentine stuff: cupcakes and pieces of chocolate
dinner: asian chicken salad
two pieces of see's chocolate!!!
Exercise: still feeling weak from being sick but I did the Lotte Berk method hiphugger abs in the morning and then this evening I did Lotte Berk muscle eats fat
