Ok y'all. This is my first v-day alone in six years. So I dressed up a bit, and I'm buying myself a cookie as soon as class is over. (I have too much studying to do to go out, though).

Red silk cardigan - BR
pink flowered silk cami - express
dark trouser jeans - express
red heels - I think Kenneth cole (and I had to take them off and put on boots because it's flipping coldl and wet today).

hair straightened - eighties brown shadow and coral blush

PS - I forgot y'all are posting pix now on the other thread - I don't have a camera so I have to be left out. bummer

well hehe i'm with you :) i do have a camera but can't usually get a photo of my outfit until after work


i am wearing:


fitted light gray H&M pullover hooded sweatshirt


light teal vintage slip dress/chemise with lace on edge. probably comes to my mid thigh


destroyed jeans by AE


silver kors grand prix sandals


silver skull ring with gem eyes, nameplate necklace, a bunch of bangle bracelets

I still have not figured out how to post my outfit pics on a mac yet...soon...so I will describe

black trousers with grey pinstripe-Limited
apricot color scoop neck sweater with 3/4 legnth sleves and enbroidered flowers on left side of neck...hard to describe-Ann Taylor Loft
gold necklace with apricot, pink and purple stones
stud earings
black suede ankle boots
pink trench coat
also, trying out shades of purple nail polish to find the right one for my wedding...so today I have on medium purple...I think it is too dark..

I don't usually post in these polls (I don't have a digital camera either) but I actually dressed up today, because I had to make a jewelry delivery to a male friend - how these men do procrastinate!  I don't really dress for any holiday, so my concession to Valentine's day is a fuchsia (not red) v-neck cashmere sweater. I wore it with:


Gap faded boot cut jeans


blue blazer - sort of between a teal and a navy color - don't know how to describe the color better, but it's a deep, rich blue


black cowboy boots


sterling, pink tourmaline, and amethyst pendant (gift from my husband many years ago)


tanzanite ring, from our honeymoon.


shiny black leather retro-ish purse

Today:


Fuschia pink kitten heels, black and white polka dot circle skirt, pale lavender tank (works with shoes) and charcoal gray cardigan - no jewelry (I am lame at work)


Tonight:


Black jersey camisole-strap dress with ruching on one side, red beaded necklace with red glass flower, red strappy BCBG sandals with major (4") heel
