I use the CoverGirl tinted moisturizer and its ok, nothing to write home about. Does anyone use one (high end or drugstore, I don't have a preference) that is great? I have fair skin, btw. Thanks!

I use this stuff from Merle Norman.  It feels great, is just the right opacity, and it doesn't give my skin any weird reactions. . .  So after trying various dept. store and drugstore brands, I've settled on the same brand my mom has worn for years.  She knows best!  Oh--i have fair skin too and this doesn't make me look pasty or jaundiced at all. . .

I use prescriptives traceless and I think it works well.  It is technically considered a foundation, I think, but it's really more like the consistency of a tinted moisturizer.  It doesn't clog my pores at all and provides subtle coverage.

I love the Stila Tinted Moisturizer and it comes in 10 shades now. Definetly give it a try.

I'm using Clinique Super City Sunblock SPF 25 and it does the job quite well. It has a slight tint in it, so it gives you a nice thin coverage. It has SPF25, which makes it perfect for day time use, it's oil-free and your skin stays oil-free (except for the ever-problematic t-zone) all day. It's $22 for this tube that lasts me about 3 months. I never leave the house without it.

I once used one from Laura Mercier after reading ravving reviews on InStyle. ($38) Their colors are great and the texture is really smooth. The only problem is, although they claim the product is oil-free, it seems to always make me *shine* all over. I guess if you have slightly dry skin, it'll be perfect.

I try to stay away from drug store brands when it comes to foundation or tinted skincare, only because the color never suits my skintone and I find myself giving away more stuff than I can afford for trial and error. (I envy those you can tell their skin color from a jar and succeed with it)

i really like bobbi brown tinted moisturizer. it definitely has some coverage and it doesn't make my skin feel all "sunscreeny" after. i tried the stila one but found it way too greasy for my combo skin.

i love, love, love the laura mercier that was posted. i have pretty normal skin (not oily, not dry) and it never feels greasy. i'm not very loyal to many products, but i'm on my third round with this one.
