sigh, i too was disappointed in sandy. i was really hoping that when kirsten said "i won't try to stop you" that he would stay there and go to dinner with her. but i guess then this storyline would be over (which i would have been happy about) and it looks like from next week's preview that rebecca stays to stir the pot some more. i can understand some of sandy's feelings - i mean, his first love disappeared so he never really had to deal with resolving those feelings - but i still think that he has always come across as a level-headed and responsible guy (as proved by his resistence to having an affair with his law coworker in season 1), so this seems fairly out of character for him.

i'm glad that the ryan/caleb sitch seems resolved, i was getting so annoyed by that. enough already! i am glad that there will be pot-stirring to come with that as well... in the preview for next week, didn't lindsay's mom say that she couldn't get a paternity test?? so maybe lindsay's mom is the gold-digger we have all been hoping for?

seth and summer belong together. i was really hoping that last night we would have found out why zack and summer haven't had sex yet - he did say "before we do anything, i have to tell you something" and i was dying to know what it is! is he saving himself for marriage? is he deformed? what it is?? i was actually hoping that this revealing information would be what the ads had tooted as the "don't miss the last 5 minutes" moment, even though i knew that would be alex and marissa's first make-out session.

so many unresolved issues here! what is this... lost?

Exactly my thoughts. And then in the preview next week, Seth is all bedheaded and caffeinated and asks Zach about it. Maybe we'll find out soon enough.

god, the whole seth and summer saga is KILLING me! i absolutely love them together- they definitely have the best chemistry of any "couple" on the show. but just when it seems like they both want to get back together, summer is all, "i'm over it. those are seth's issues, not mine." at first i thought she was just in denial, but after last night i'm not so sure! like everyone else i'm DYING to know what zach's big confession will be.

tsk, tsk sandy. i expected so much better from you.

i really want to know what zach's big secret is! do you guys think they will tell us in the next episode? it feels like clanky plot machinery designed to propel summer and seth back together, but i don't care! i just want them to get back together so that seth can stop being so annoying.

i am relieved that caleb is, in fact, still evil. and i am super excited that julie cooper has returned. maybe we will get a gold-digging-redhead death match between her and lindsay's mom--yay!
