Suggestions?

I have a bunch of leftover veggies (cauliflower, carrots, brocolli), and some frozen snow peas, so I was going to make a stir fry with olive oil tonight and add in some shrimp.

Any suggestions on other seasonings I can add for flavor?  Also, does this sound like it would be a good combo?  I'm not sure how long it would take to cook the veggies since they're just the fresh cut-up kind.

In case you can't tell, I'm still new to this whole cooking thing and trying to learn as I go!

Any help would be appreciated!

hmm well emeril on emeril live always does ground black pepper, garlic, and salt for flavoring.  You might also try crushed red pepper.

LSUs suggestions sound good, and if you have some seasoned vinegar you could spash a bit of that in toward the end of cooking.

Green Thai curry paste. I always put this in stir frys, but I'm not sure how common this ingredient is outside of the west coast.

I use sesame oil for stir-frys, it has such a wonderful aroma and flavor.
