I was actually about to post something like this! I agree; they're awesome with that!
The last 2 orders I've placed, I've only done ground shipping, so normally that'd be 7-10 days, but everytime I would check those orders, they've had it listed at "3-day Select". I love it!
Why pay extra for the 2-3 day shipping when they're going to upgrade to that with just paying for ground shipping?
They are really coool. I ordered something a couple of days ago and found out that one of the stuff I ordered dropped down in price. Well, I emailed them asking if it would be possible for a price adjustment and they emailed back and said they'll credit my account! Coolness! I was worried about rude customer service since I've been hearing alot about it lately...
I'm posting again because I just had another good experience with them. Anyways, I ordered a pair of the cotton Mary-Janes from them in December, only wore them twice, and the lining was already coming apart from the inside of the shoe. Well, I called them and I was told that they would ship me a new pair, waive the shipping, and send a label for free shipping to send the damaged ones back to them.
Plus I'm going to once again rave about the super fast shipping; I was told I'd receive my new pair in 5-7 business days, so I figured that it would be next week before I got them (I called on Monday). I got into work this morning and my package was already here!
