bf and I tired of TV...things to do?

What are some things everyone does when they're at home with their sig. other, I always end up watching tv shows he doesn't want to watch and he's on the computer, or vice versa, we need some things that we can do together. Anyone have any ideas for us??

Board games are fun.


Scrabble, Chess, Monopoly or buy some kids games you used to love. Chutes and Ladders, UNO thngs like that are always fun. Also what about a puzzle or build a model together. Each go pick out a model of your favorite car and put them together.

my b/f and i find local events in the area to go to. Just different things ex: antique shows, concerts, outdoor festivals or walk around a scenic part of town.

Cook dinner together at night, drink a little wine, and move on to Karina's suggestion! Maybe alternate every other night with sex and working out - or both! Might as well be doing something productive if you're bored, right?


If you like to go out, go see local films or art gallery openings. Maybe a cool band here or there. Go straight from work so it's harder to go home and get comfortable. Check out a local paper - they have tons of things to do in there! Have fun since you have a buddy to go with you to all the new things!

Don't know how artsy-fartsy you guys are, but when my boy & I are bored at home we work on collaboration paintings. We take a blank canvas or other material, he throws something on, then me, and so on until we think we're done. We have a few started and just work on them whenever we get bored. Sometimes they look like crap, but then you have something to laugh at! And if they turn out good, you can hang them on your walls. We also take a lot of stupid pictures (posing our dogs or ourselves in ridiculous outfits). Sometimes we play this "I spy" kind of game with his digi. We each take turns snapping extreme close-up pics or abstract pics of items in our house, put them on my computer and the other tries to guess what the item is. This can be harmless fun...or you can be naughty... All of this is much more fun(ny) when we're a little drunk.
