I'm not L but I eat it all the time.  It is very good.  My mom just defrosts it under some running water (usually a few minutes) and then puts it on a broiling pan with some blackening seasoning and broils it in the oven for 5 minutes at the most.  Very good, quick, easy, and very low calories.  Not sure exactly what kind of fish it is.  Check out food network for some other ideas too on cooking it.

Morning! I was bad yesterday but it wasn't completely my fault.  I was doing really well on Weight Watchers and worked out so I treated myself with starbucks (on the diet and all) and then got to night class where we bring snacks and this older lady brought homemade brownies so I felt guilty for not eating it and had one.  Then I get to the bf's house afterwards and instead of the usual grilled chicken or turkey burger he was creative and made an asian chicken salad which blew me over the top!  It was so good though.

B: WW bagel, banana

S: string cheese

L: cheddar/brocc soup, crackers, cantaloupe, and grapes

S: ff/sf choco pudding maybe

D: not sure.  something on the diet!!

Probably no exercising as I'm going straight to the bf's house unless he uncovers the treadmill for me.

It's a pretty firm, white fish.  Similar to halibut, but a little lighter in texture.  We usually dredge it in a bit of flour and saute it in a little butter and some peppercorns - it is sooooo good with lime on it, too!

I was bad last night, went to the Rattlers game and had a hotdog, a few handfuls of popcorn and a small frozen yogurt.

Today, I skipped breakfast and had 1/2 a black bean and cheese burrito for lunch.

Dinner will be the other half of my burrito and maybe some soup if I'm still hungry.
