so I am a freak and when I lay down ot go to sleep I see shoes in my head. Really really cute shoes that of course do not actually exist anywhere. So, how does one go about getting them from inside my head to on my feet?

they have places that make custom shoes but I'm not sure where.  I know on the food porn channel the everyday italian girl went to italy and shopped in Rome and there is a boutique there that does it for $500ish and it custom fits you.  I know its not what you were looking for exactly but I know places exist out there.
