so, i go thru workout phases. i work out every day for about 6 weeks and then i slack for about 1 month... right now, i'm a slacker. how do you girls stay motivated?

well, i haven't worked out that long yet, this week is my 4th straight. so far i'm keeping motivated by buying clothes a size smaller so they don't *quite* fit & the only way they will look good is if i keep working out, or keeping clothes that are too tight & refusing to buy larger ones. this has actually worked, i am wearing pants i haven't worn in almost a year because they were painfully tight. plus, i bought my hudson's a size too small because i really shouldn't have spent the $$$ so i figure it's my reward for losing weight/getting in shape. HTH
I've been doing it for about 5 months now, and have not slacked yet. I guess you could say that fitness has become important to me. If I dont go to the gym, I jsut feel so down. When I do go, it makes me feel so much more energetic!
