Well I did rip this out of a magazine, but I don't want to spend $450 on it. So I want to find a cheaper version:

And I want to finally spend the cash on getting a white oxford tailored perfectly for me.

Other than that, I don't know! Probably some black leather boots, but I haven't found any specific ones yet that I like. I have faux suede now but they aren't blowing me away.

I tend to figure out what i actually want to buy for a season, at the end of the season :). however, this year is all about classics and replacing old favorites for me. Ive finally realized that I am not a "cool/trendy" person, so i am embracing it.

plan to hunt ebay & sales for everything- cannot be seduced into paying retail...

-leather jacket
-black nui eyelet dress (for summer/fall transition- my one trendy piece- I have wanted this since i first saw it on nicole ritchie and unfortunately now maxi dresses are in and it never ever seems to go on sale)

-clothing tailored in the mens style (more ralph lauren skinny fit oxfords, anything from boy by band of outsiders, etc)
-cardigans and skinny belts for layering along these lines

-resume my perpetual boot hunt
-clutches, clutches and more clutches (on the large side, and as classic as possible- vintage gucci, croc, etc)

-joes honey (to wear tucked in boots- assuming progress at the gym continues)
-perfectly fitted long sleeve tees (henleys, crewnecks and gonna try U necks)
-Jcrew items on ebay that catch my fancy (hacking jacket, sweaters & flats from years past)
-structured cocktail dress
-cropped trench
-Ferragamo Cricket handbag

thanks for the heads up, marcjacobs! I was in wet seal last weekend and I didn't see it...I have to return some things to the mall though so it will be worth swinging by Wet Seal tomorrow to see how it looks IRL!

I also like the trends, but sometimes it's just too expensive. I tend to get classic pieces and get trendy accessories. Or get trendy pieces that might carry me a couple seasons at least.

As for colors, I'm really liking purple, mauve, teal, wine, rust, brown and black together, and nuetrals.

There's so much I want to get this fall, and so many looks I want to acheive, but I only have so much to spend. Here's what I actually have on my list to buy. Some I've gotten, some I'm still waiting to build up my spending money.
