Morning ladies... ok, so i know it's really bad to skip a meal but i had a banana & cashews for dinner last night. i couldn't help it though, i was on the phone w/ the guy i'm dating for THREE hours! he called right when i got home from the gym so i didn't have time to cook & when i got off the phone i had to make lunch for today so that's why. i know it's bad & i'm sorry, now for today...
breakfast: homemade whole grain cereal & soy milk
snack: banana
lunch: grilled chicken, broccoli & 3 beans
snack: orange
dinner: marinated veggies, grilled or sauteed, and 3 beans
workout: arms & 20-40 min cardio (yesterday i did 20 & followed the advice of MUA & ignored the heart rate... it was soooo much harder, but i felt like i was really working- and sweating!)
this weekend i'm still gonna eat good but probably won't workout cuz the guy is coming out for the weekend .
Morning. I was so bad last night at my night class. Its an education class (teachers) and my teacher made us all sign up to bring snacks since its a 3 hour class and people brought cookies and chips and I ate them. So then I weigh myself this morning and I've dropped 3 pounds go figure!
hey lsu, congrats on the weight loss! don't worry bout the "splurge" last night, i think we were all kinda bad this week. tara, ur food & workout sounds just like mine! we are healthmates!
hey that's ok girl, i signed up w/ this guy from craig's list & it worked out fine. were u able to take advantage of the 3 yr deal? so do u go to the 24 on ocean park? i'm there M-F around 6... the abs class on tues & thurs at 6 is really intense, it's pilates based & man it kills! well, good luck girl, glad u signed up!
hmm completely killed the diet today. For lunch I had crawfish etouffee, corn, some mac & cheese, bread, and root beer. I figure I'd already blown it when I scheduled happy hour so might as well kill it. Maybe I'll wake up and have lost even more pounds over night from pigging out like I did this morning.
