Everyone probably knew this already, LOL. I always have great CS there...I love how you can try something and still return it, used or not. Also, I got a giftcard for my friend's birthday months ago -- I mailed it (not them) and USPS lost it. They tracked it down and credited me for it. And everyone was super-nice the whoooole time

I am glad to hear that other Sephora's are good b/c I got yelled at one once. I was looking at an eyeshadow, not touching it at all I might add, and a salesperson ran over and said that if I wanted to look at the eyeshadows to use the q-tips and do not touch them with my fingers. I understand why they wouldn't want anyone to touch them with their fingers, but I wasn't so I still don't understand why I got yelled at. I have been afraid to go near the make up ever since...
i love sephora and shop there a lot, but it seems that everything that i have wanted to order...was temporarily out of stock. frustrating. so i contacted customer service via e-mail, told them i like the store, shop there a lot, but that my store and the website were out of my products. they gave me a credit!!! very nice.

OMG that is horrible. Every location I've ever been to no one has ever told me anything like that. In fact the workers dig their hands into all the testers more than I ever do. Must be the employee or store manager of that location that was like that.
Sephora's cs is great. I ordered from them once, and they had forgotten to include one of the 3 free samples. I e-mailed them about it and they must've sent me like 20 samples of all sorts of products. Gotta love Sephora!
