~Frozen Mixed Organic Berries (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberries) - comes in one bag

~Organic Milk (start w/ a little bit and add more if needed)

~A Little Grade A Maple Syrup

~A Little French Vanilla Yogurt

~ 1 Banana

~A Little Bit of Wheat Germ (comes in a jar in the grain aisle in grocery store)

Obviously you can not use anything organic - but I find the taste of organic is a huge difference.  The Grade A Maple Syrup is a bit more expensive than the other syrup kinds - but it is worth it.

Just came a cross this on a website so thought I'd post it!

-1/2 cup orange juice or apple juice

-1 cup frozen berries (strawberries; raspberries; blueberries; or blackberries-your pick)

-1/2 cup fat-free yogart-plain or with fruit

-1 scoop vanilla protein powder

-1/2-1 cup ice—depends on how thick you like your smoothie

-1/2-1 cup water

-2 packets of Splenda

Procedure:

-Put ice, juice, frozen berries into a blender and crush ingredients

-Then add in the yogart, protein powder, Splenda, and water

-Puree ingredients in blender until smooth

*if mixture is too thick—just add a little more water and blend

*if mixture is too runny—just add a little more ice and blend

-pour smoothie into large cup or glass and ENJOY!
