But it says $325 for Queen Duvet... do they mean a duvet cover?? like two sheets of fabric??? or do you think it means the actual blanket like a quilt or something?

It's Kate Spade so I understand the ridiculous pricing. Luckily it's at Macy's where I will be watching this set like a hawk until it goes on sale. I just want the duvet (cover?), shams, and little decorative pillow. I don't like the other solid green bedding that's it's juxtaposed with. I will have this cool fabric in the same kelly green.. in this cool also organic style pattern that I will probably make pillow cases with. I think that will look cool.... if I can get this stuff on sale! Geez!

i like it, especially b/c it's not overly girly, which is my biggest problem with most bedding. the price is probably just for the duvet cover, but since it's macy's you can count on a one day sale and a coupon to make it more reasonable.


fyi (kind of unrelated) but iirc you were interested in the frye cowboy boots. they're 50% off now at the herald square macy's. i'm trying to hold out until they go to 75% off (maybe at the end of feb.) but i'm really considering buying them sooner and trying to get an adjustment, or just returning them and getting another pair when they go to 75% off.

I really like that bedding too it was shown in shop etc latest issue. they had a luxe or less and showed this as the less look:
it is called lemongrass and can be found on www.garnethill.com the whole bedding set totals for about $230 or so.

OMG nycshopgirl I'm so glad you posted that! I was going insane because I remembered seeing that bedding somewhere recently and wanted to post it for dot but I couldn't remember the site. I actually like the Garnet Hill one better - it's less girly looking.
